Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Honeybee Arts To Go! online store and your purchase of products and services from Honeybee Arts LLC. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms and our Privacy, Refund, and Shipping Policies.

Eligibility and Store Use

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement and provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information. You may not use the store for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes or interfere with its operation.

Products and Orders

We aim to describe and display products accurately, but screen colors and handmade or prepared materials may vary slightly. Product availability, pricing, options, and promotions may change. We may reject or cancel an order for suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, unavailable materials, shipping restrictions, or other legitimate business reasons. If we cancel an order after payment, we will return the applicable payment.

Pricing, Payment, and Taxes

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Shipping and applicable taxes are shown during checkout. You authorize the selected payment provider to charge the total displayed at checkout.

Processing, Shipping, and Delivery

Made-to-order kits normally process in 1–2 business days before shipping. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Additional terms appear in our Shipping Policy.

Instructions, Digital Content, and Intellectual Property

Paintings, line drawings, instructions, videos, photographs, branding, and store content are owned by or licensed to Honeybee Arts LLC and are protected by intellectual-property laws. A purchase grants the buyer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use with the purchased kit or event. You may not reproduce, resell, distribute, upload, publicly display, teach commercially from, or create products from our artwork or instruction without written permission.

Safety and Use

Use products only as intended and supervise children. Paint, glitter, packaging, and small components are not food and should be kept away from mouths, eyes, pets, and unsupervised young children. Follow any product labels and discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Third-Party Services

Our store relies on Shopify, payment providers, carriers, and other third parties. Their services may have separate terms and privacy practices. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience and do not make us responsible for their content or operation.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the store and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted store access or a particular artistic result. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Honeybee Arts LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Honeybee Arts LLC from third-party claims arising from your unlawful misuse of the store, products, artwork, or instructions, or your violation of these terms.

Governing Law; Severability

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and applicable federal law, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
