Where We Ship

We currently ship to eligible addresses within the United States. International shipping is not available.

Processing Time

Paint Party Kits are made to order and normally process within 1–2 business days before shipment. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Large, custom, or unusually high-volume orders may require additional preparation time; if so, we will contact you.

Shipping Rates

• Ground shipping: $8.95 for orders under $59.

• Free Ground shipping: Orders of $59 or more after applicable discounts and before taxes.

The shipping method and total charge shown at checkout control your order.

Delivery and Tracking

Carrier delivery times begin after processing and are estimates rather than guarantees. When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email or phone number provided at checkout. Carrier scans can take time to update.

Addresses and Returned Packages

Customers are responsible for entering a complete, accurate delivery address. Contact us immediately if an address needs correction. Once an order ships, changes might not be possible. A package returned because of an incorrect, incomplete, refused, or undeliverable address may require additional shipping payment before reshipment.

Delays, Loss, and Damage

We are not responsible for carrier, weather, or other delays outside our reasonable control, but we will help investigate. If an order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, contact info@honeybee-arts.org within 7 days of delivery with the order number and clear photos. If tracking shows a package as delivered but you cannot locate it, check the delivery area and household first, then contact the carrier and us promptly.
